These variables can be used in textboxes, dialogue or other string-based fields to dynamically insert game data. Think of them as simple shortcuts to personalise your in-game text.

Player’s Username in all caps (eg: KYLEDOVE) for retro regions

Rival’s Name (if you’re giving the player the option to name them)

You can change the number in %nickname[1]% to access other slots.
For example: %nickname[2]%, %nickname[3]%, etc.
